Required for all managers, coaches, team parents, board members, and anyone directly assisting with the girls on or off the field. Completion of a background check and SafeSport Training is required. This MUST be an email address that you check regularly. You will only have THREE days to authorize your background check with USA Softball once contacted via email or your registration will be cancelled.

I understand that I must authorize my background check with USA Softball within 72 hours of email notification or my USA Softball registration will be cancelled.

You are required to provide your Social Security number when you approve your background check with USA Softball. Note that if you do no have a Social Security number, you will be unable to complete USA Softball registration.
